Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather and other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you tracking information where it is available. Large orders may arrive in more than one package.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us using the form on our Contact page. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
